Our Staff
Michael DeLong, Pastor
Hi, I’m Pastor Mike DeLong. My wife Terry and I have been in pastoral ministry for 32 years. We have 4 children, all boys, and they are all married. My interests include flying, golf, tennis, music, astronomy, reading, and traveling. I love doing exciting things, like learning aerobatic flying, hiking in the wilderness, riding motorcycles, and pastoring a church. Terry is a great singer, counselor, and all-around nice person. She loves to skydive, swim, play tennis, read, and travel. We love CrossPoint Community Church, and our new hometown of Toledo, and are excited about seeing God work here!

Amy Gardner, office administrator

Hi, I am Amy Gardner and I am the Office Administrator for CrossPoint as well as Pastor Mike’s secretary. My husband Jim and I will celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary in September and have enjoyed serving together in musical ministries for the past 28 years. Jim works for Ford Motor Company as a prototype engine parts coordinator. We have three adult children, two daughters and one son. One daughter is married and we became the proud grandparents of a baby girl born in January of 2010! I love to read, and especially enjoy classical literature. I also like to travel, and have recently begun cycling with my husband Jim, who is an avid cyclist. I have been a speaker for Stonecroft Ministries since 1994 traveling to many states to speak for Christian Women’s Club, Women’s Connection, and After 5 Clubs. I love serving at CrossPoint Community Church and am excited to see how God’s is working in our community.
