Next Youth Event—Escape Room
Hey Youth, grades 6-12 you are invited the Escape Room Adventure and Lunch on Saturday, May 4, from 11 am-12:30 pm. See whose team can discover the answers to questions in their room the fastest. We could use a few more adult volunteers.Contact the office if you are interested.
Join a Small Group in 2024!
Small groups are a great way to connect with others and grow friendships as we grow in faith together:
~ Men’s Group
All men are invited to join the Men’s Group on Tuesday evening at 7 pm in the CrossPoint Lobby. Grab a bite to eat before the meeting at KT’s Diner on Suder Ave at 5:30 pm.
~ Ladies’ Group
All ladies are invited to join the Ladies’ Group this Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm in the Anchor Room at CrossPoint. We will be discussing Lysa Terkeurst’s book, 40 Days Through the Bible. We hope you will join us for this great study that promises to fulfill the longing in our heart.
~ Dinner Out Group
Get to know one another while enjoying a great meal with the Dinner Out Group on Monday, April 15 at Inky’s Italian Food, 3945 N. Detroit Ave, Toledo, OH 43612. We order at 6:30 pm. Please sign up on the bulletin board near the kitchen.
Alliance Women’s Retreat
Rise Up is the theme of this year’s Alliance Women’s Retreat April 26-28 at Camp Michindoh in Hillsdale, MI and features Alyssa Baker as the keynote speaker. You will be blessed by each of the speakers and the time of worship together with sisters from Alliance churches throughout the Great Lakes District. Join the Tech Team!
We are in need of volunteers to help run sound and PowerPoint during the worship service. We will provide training for you. Contact Pastor Mike if you are interested in joining the Tech Team.
Refreshments
Join the Refreshment Team! Our Refreshment Team makes and serves coffee for our Sunday morning worship service each week. They also serve refreshments such as cookies, coffee bread, or fruit. Our Refreshments Team Coordinator, Stephany Petersberger, will help to acquaint you with the kitchen and how to make the coffee. It’s super easy. Sign up on the bulletin board near the kitchen if you’d like to help!
KidsPoint for age 3 – grade 6
Our KidsPoint ministry is full of awesome Bible lessons, fun crafts, and engaging games. Your children will begin the service in the sanctuary for the opening songs and will then be dismissed upstairs for class.
Crayons & Coloring Pages
Attention parents and grandparents! We have crayons and coloring pages available for children to use during the worship service and to take home with them following the service. The coloring packets are in a basket at the literature table. Feel free to help yourself!
The Blessing Box
The Blessing Box is located in the east entryway and is for everyone. All of the items at the Blessing Box are free. Take whatever you’d like and be blessed. If you would like to donate to the Blessing Box just place non-perishable food items and other new donated products in the box or on the table.
