The Mustard Seed

Mustard Seed
Interested in getting involved in the Point Place community? You can help in a couple different ways:

  • Mustard Seed Holiday Baskets & Gifts: The Mustard Seed is currently preparing baskets of food and gifts for families in the Point Place / Shoreland Community. Show love to our community by supporting our Neighborhood Food Pantry Ministry. It’s easy! Just pick a card off the tree in the corner of the Sanctuary and purchase any of the items listed on the card. Bring your donations to CrossPoint and place them under the tree in the Sanctuary. Call the church office at 419-729-0733 with any questions.
  • Mustard Seed gift wrapping day is Saturday, December 17, 10 am at RiverPoint Methodist Church, 2862 131st St. Coffee and donuts will be available. Please bring your own scissors. Donations of gift tags and tape are needed.
  • Volunteer at the Community Closet. This free clothing exchange is a great way to help families here in the Point. Contact Lori at 419-727-1800 for the available open hours of the closet.

The Mustard Seed
is a “Kitchen Pantry” organization that helps deserving families in the Point Place and Shoreland community who are in need of food items. The Mustard Seed also distributes school supplies, hats, gloves, and Easter candy. CrossPoint receives donations for the Mustard Seed several times throughout the year and supports the Mustard Seed by helping to keep their food pantry stocked. If you are in need of help from the Mustard Seed, and you live in the 43611 zip code area, you can contact the Mustard Seed at 419-727-1800 for more information.
