There are two exciting ways that you can make friends with students from other countries. When you become a Conversational Partner, you meet once a week with a student just to talk and help them learn practice English. In the Hospitality Program, you and your family do something fun with a student once a month. Apply online here.

This Sunday at CrossPoint
“Open your eyes,” Jesus said. “Look at the fields that are ripening all around us and are ready for harvest! And the fruit they harvest is people brought to eternal life!” (John 4:35-36)
Are you a global Christian?
Some of us may be ignoring the mission that Jesus gave us – to go into and care about the whole world. Again this Sunday, we will be looking at how God may be wanting to open our eyes to His vision for the world. This week Pastor Mike will talk about the religions of the world, and how to talk to people who follow another faith.
Open your eyes…continued
This Sunday we will hear from Liz and Syd Doyle from Nations Light Ministries. The Doyles have been involved in cross-cultural ministries for many years, and are the organizers for the Who’s My Neighbor intercultural event that will be held in Toledo on Saturday, June 23.

“Open your eyes,” Jesus said. “Look at the fields that are ripening all around us and are ready for harvest! And the fruit they harvest is people brought to eternal life!” (John 4:35-36)
Are you a global Christian? Or is your focus only on what goes on immediately around you?
Some of us may be ignoring the mission that Jesus gave us – to go into and care about the whole world. Starting this Sunday, we will be looking at how God may be wanting to open our eyes to His vision for the world. Pastor Mike will be giving the rationale for being a global Christian, and over the next several weeks our goal is to grow together in our awareness of the important and ripe harvest fields of the world.
