“Open your eyes,” Jesus said. “Look at the fields that are ripening all around us and are ready for harvest! And the fruit they harvest is people brought to eternal life!” (John 4:35-36)

Are you a global Christian?

This week we continue with week seven of the Open Your Eyes series. Some of us may be ignoring the mission that Jesus gave us – to go into and care about the whole world. Again this Sunday, we will be looking at how God may be wanting to open our eyes to His vision for the world. This week Pastor Mike will talk about the religions of the world, and how to talk to people who follow another faith.

Are you a global Christian? Or is your focus only on what goes on immediately around you?

Some of us may be ignoring the mission that Jesus gave us – to go into and care about the whole world. Starting this Sunday, we will be looking at how God may be wanting to open our eyes to His vision for the world. Pastor Mike will be giving the rationale for being a global Christian, and over the next several weeks our goal is to grow together in our awareness of the important and ripe harvest fields of the world.
